How did I get here?

I had an awakening that lead to a total transformation.

I couldn’t stand looking at the old me. I craved worthiness, validation and love in my life from others, specifically the men in my life. I would sacrifice myself, my desires, goals, dreams and even my own integrity to get it.

So after giving my power away for far too long, I made the very hard decision that I was no longer going to let infertility, multiple job losses, depression, infidelity or my feeling of not being enough to determine my life. I realized these were all the greatest gifts and necessities of my transformation.

I had to face my deepest fears. How?

I had to take responsibility that I was where I was in my life because of ME!

I wasn’t happy. I didn’t really know who I was, what I wanted to achieve in life besides becoming a mother and I never really applied myself to push beyond comforting limits and make something of myself. I stayed, “safe.”

I put on that smile, I looked pretty on the outside and felt like I was slowly dying on the inside. I was ashamed. I hid the truth from everyone. I wore my mask well.

But slowly I made small changes that lead to bigger, then massive changes. Mom, Single, Boss, Coach, Intuitive.

More than that though, I’m strong, courageous, peaceful, grateful, happy, joyful, connected and authentically ME! Never in my life have I felt like this…Like ME! Inside and Outside.

The more I let go of the outside ‘approval’, the more I am able to tap into the real me. The spiritually gifted and intuitive being. The sensual and expressive being. The me who desires to deeply connect with people, have real conversations about what lights them up and what life is truly all about.

Being the real me is what set me free.
